It's SeeU on Patrol duty.
I heavily referenced Kkuem's chibi design for SeeU.
As for the motorcycle...this is my first attempt to design and draw one, so if any of you have some tips on how to fix up the design, tell me!
On side notes...SeeU's cat ears are so fun to draw. xD
